Hunger is a reality in life, it can only be satiated by food.

This is a story of a mother who sells her blood, so that she can feed her child and herself and one day she dies.

This is a story of a boy who promised his mother that he would feed every hungry child.

That boy grew up as Shankar, who fights against hunger.

The wheel of nature moves as Jagavar Chaudhry a hardened criminal is responsible for the separation of Inspector Mathur, his wife and child Shankar.

As time moves, Mathur becomes a Commissioner from the post of inspector, whereas his own son who is separated from him is finding life difficult to cope up and make two ends meets, surviving for his life. He becomes a criminal in the eyes of law.

Shankar befriends an orphan girl Bijlee, who is a coconut seller and also loves small children. Shankar fighs a lone battle against Jagavar Chaudhry in a whirlpool of hatred.

One day Jagavar Chaudhry kills Shankar's children who were very dear to him.

Shankar was furious, he raged in anger and set fire Jagavar Chaudhry's hide out. Later what happened ? Whether Shankar was able to remove hunger from his life ? Which was a big question mark in his life ? Whether he was able to avenge his enemy and remove hatred from his life.
